Call for Papers

Participants are encouraged to submit “Research Abstracts”, E-posters, and papers that addresses SUDI’s main topics and theme. Unpublished theoretical, conceptual, empirical, experimental papers are welcome for presentation at the SUDI 2019 Conference. SUDI is an interdisciplinary forum for policy-makers, researchers, and practitioners, to discuss the main challenges and opportunities permeating the nexus disability-employment.
Research Abstracts, E-Posters, and Papers will be accepted in English and in Spanish.
“Research Abstracts” should be no longer than 3,500 characters, including spaces & references. Author(s) of accepted “Research Abstracts” are expected to submit a full paper to the conference.
Instructions: Text should be submitted in “Microsoft Word”, single line spacing. Text should be written in “Times New Roman,” 12pt font.
“Research Abstracts” should include a statement describing the importance of the study, methodology, and a summary of major research findings.
E-Poster Presentations are welcome, and author(s) will provide copies of their pptx files that will be included in the conference proceedings. Presentations should be no longer than 30 slides.
Research Papers: Instructions: Text should be submitted in “Microsoft Word”, single line spacing. Text should be written “Times New Roman,” 12pt font. Papers should be no longer than 30 pages long.
Important Dates: Please submit your “Research Abstract” by June 30, 2019. Authors of accepted “Abstracts” should register by no later than August 1, 2019. At least one co-author should register. Complete papers should be submitted by October 1, 2019.
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection Letters of acceptance will be issued by July 15, 2019.
Two weeks before the conference all papers and E-poster presentations will be available on the conference website.
Conference Proceedings: All peer-reviewed accepted papers and E-poster presentations will be available on SUDI’s digital Proceedings.
